During the manufacturing process, powder coatings need to be quickly cooled after melting, extrusion, and solidification to prevent adhesion and agglomeration caused by high temperature. Fast cooling system: We use advanced fast cooling technology, using efficient cooling fans and precise temperature control systems to ensure that the extruded coating is quickly cooled to a safe range. This system can accurately adjust the wind speed and temperature, which not only ensures the rapid cooling of the coating, but also avoids stress cracking caused by rapid temperature changes.
Segmented cooling strategy: In order to further optimize the cooling effect, we implemented a segmented cooling strategy. That is, according to the characteristics of the coating and the actual situation of the production line, the cooling area is divided into multiple stages, and different cooling rates and temperatures are set for each stage to achieve more uniform and efficient cooling.
Intelligent monitoring system: In combination with the Internet of Things technology, we installed an intelligent monitoring system to monitor the temperature, humidity and coating status during the cooling process in real time. Once an abnormality is found, an alarm will be issued immediately and the cooling parameters will be automatically adjusted, effectively preventing the problem of coating agglomeration caused by human operation errors or environmental factors.

Advanced grinding equipment: The company has introduced the German ZEPPELIN bonding machine and supporting precision grinding equipment. Airflow dispersion technology: In the paint processing after grinding and screening, we innovatively introduced airflow dispersion technology. By precisely controlling the speed and direction of the airflow, the paint particles are evenly dispersed in the airflow, effectively avoiding the agglomeration between particles, and further improving the dispersion and fluidity of the paint, which is essential for the uniform spraying of complex surfaces such as cabinets.
