Artificial accelerated aging test (such as QUV/Q-SUN test): This is a method of simulating natural light and humidity environment to accelerate the aging of coatings. Through the cyclic action of ultraviolet light and condensed water, the fading, chalking, cracking and other conditions of the coating under extreme light and humidity conditions are quickly evaluated, so as to predict its outdoor service life.
Salt spray test: Simulate the marine environment, place the coating sample in an environment containing salt spray to evaluate its corrosion resistance. Salt spray test can effectively reflect the durability of coatings in high salinity environments such as the seaside.
Wet heat test: Test the stability of the coating in a high temperature and high humidity environment to check whether there is blistering, peeling and other phenomena, which is particularly important for tropical and subtropical areas.
