We are equipped with high-precision particle size analysis instruments, such as the Mastersizer 3000E laser particle size analyzer, which can accurately measure and count the particle size distribution of the coating, including key indicators such as D10, D50, and D90. According to the test results, we timely adjust the pulverization process parameters, such as feed rate, pulverization chamber pressure, etc., until the ideal particle size range is reached. This process is dynamic, ensuring the consistency and stability of the product particle size.
Our production line is equipped with 34 semi-automatic production lines and German ZEPPELIN bonding machines. These equipment not only improve production efficiency, but more importantly, they are designed with full consideration of the characteristics of powder coatings to ensure the accuracy and stability of particle size control during the production process. The ZEPPELIN bonding machine further improves the physical properties and particle size uniformity of the coating with its excellent mixing uniformity and ability to protect the particle structure.
We have established a complete quality assurance system, and every step from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory is strictly inspected.
