In addition, we use advanced pretreatment technology, such as phosphating treatment, which can effectively improve the roughness and activity of the substrate surface and further enhance the adhesion of the coating. This not only ensures the stability of the coating during long-term use of the forklift, but also effectively prevents coating peeling, cracking and other phenomena, extending the service life of the forklift.
The working environment of forklifts is complex and ever-changing, and they often face challenges such as collisions with heavy objects and friction. Therefore, the hardness and wear resistance of the coating are crucial. By optimizing the resin formula and adding specific wear-resistant additives, our powder coatings significantly improve the hardness of the coating (usually up to 2H to 4H pencil hardness), as well as the wear resistance. This high-hardness coating can effectively resist scratches, scratches and abrasions, maintaining the smoothness and integrity of the coating even under harsh working conditions, protecting the forklift body from damage and reducing maintenance costs.
Forklifts often need to operate outdoors and are exposed to extreme weather conditions such as sun, rain, high temperature and humidity for a long time. Standard cure conditions (such as 200°C @ 10 minutes or 180°C @ 15 minutes) meet the rapid coating needs of most production lines, while low temperature cure options provide more possibilities for those with heat-sensitive materials or parts . More importantly, all raw materials do not contain toxic substances and will not release toxic gases during the baking process.
