Installing online quality monitoring equipment at key nodes of the production line, such as near-infrared spectrometers, can monitor the composition changes and physical properties of the coating in real time, such as particle size distribution, color consistency, etc. Combined with machine learning algorithms, the system can automatically warn of potential quality deviations, achieve early intervention, and reduce the production of defective products.
The production of agricultural machinery powder coatings is extremely sensitive to environmental conditions, so we have established a strict environmental control system, including temperature and humidity monitoring, dust particle monitoring, etc., to ensure that the production environment meets international standards and avoid the degradation of coating performance due to environmental factors.
Sampling and testing system
All raw materials, including resins, curing agents, pigments and fillers, must be strictly tested before entering the production line. We use SHIMADZU XRF for elemental analysis to ensure that the raw material composition is accurate; Mastersizer 3000E is used for particle size analysis to ensure that the raw material particle size distribution meets production requirements; Datacolor 400 is used for color matching and color difference control to ensure color consistency and stability.
During the production process, samples are taken from each production stage for testing according to the established sampling plan. These samples will undergo a series of physical property tests (such as impact strength, bending strength, weather resistance tests), chemical property tests (such as chemical corrosion resistance) and coating performance evaluation (such as gloss, adhesion, hardness) to ensure that each batch of products can meet quality standards.
Before the finished product leaves the factory, it is also necessary to conduct a final inspection, including but not limited to appearance inspection, film thickness test, weather resistance accelerated aging test, etc., to ensure that the product meets international standards and customer requirements. Some high-end products will also undergo international authoritative certifications such as Qualicoat Classl to further enhance product competitiveness.
