Generally, the curing temperature range of powder coatings is relatively wide, but for the application scenarios of indoor metal furniture, we recommend the following temperature parameters:
Standard curing: 200°C for 10 minutes. In this temperature range, epoxy resin and polymer resin can fully cross-link to form a tough coating while ensuring good decorative properties and corrosion resistance.
Low temperature curing: 180°C for 15 minutes. For some metal parts that are sensitive to temperature or require thermal stress, the low temperature curing solution is more suitable, which can ensure the performance of the coating while reducing the risk of thermal deformation.
In actual operation, the precise control of temperature depends on advanced temperature control systems and experienced operators. Our company uses the German ZEPPELIN bonding machine and automatic control system, which can accurately monitor and adjust the temperature in the drying room to ensure that the curing conditions of each batch of coatings are consistent, thereby improving the stability of product quality.
Speed control mainly refers to the speed of the coating moving in the drying room or the speed of the conveyor belt. Too fast speed may cause the coating to fail to fully cure, while too slow speed may cause over-curing or burning. Therefore, it is crucial to set the speed reasonably according to the type, thickness and required curing conditions of the coating.
Optimize speed: Generally, the speed of the conveyor belt should be set so that the coating can achieve the best curing effect under the set temperature conditions. This requires experimental determination of the optimal speed range and comprehensive consideration of production efficiency and product quality.
Dynamic adjustment: During the production process, according to the real-time curing of the coating, the operator can fine-tune the speed through the automatic control system to ensure the stability of the quality of each batch of products.

The particle size and uniformity of powder coatings depend first on the quality of raw materials.
